Youth Access Scholarship

The MADE For All Youth Access Scholarship provides access to basketball training for youth through funding who demonstrate socio-economic need and commitment to development.

  • The MADE For All Foundation Youth Access Scholarship provides financial assistance to families so student-athletes can participate in training and summer camp.

  • Parents or guardians can apply on behalf of their child. Ideal candidates:

    • Demonstrate financial need

    • Are committed to improving their basketball skills

    • Can consistently attend training sessions at this gym

    • Parents must complete the online application form.

    • The link is available via QR code shared directly from the MADE For All Foundation

    • Parents will be asked to rank camp weeks

    • Contact information is required for follow-up and awarding

  • Within the application, parents will select and rank their preferred camp weeks in order of preference (1st, 2nd, 3rd choice, etc). Final placement depends on:

    • Scholarship availability

    • Camp capacity for each week

    • Overall demand

    • Yes. Each child requires a separate application. This ensures that every athlete is reviewed individually and fairly by the scholarship committee.

    • If not awarded the scholarship, please contact the gym for other possible family discounts.

    • Applications are reviewed by a scholarship committee (not gym staff)

    • Reviews are done blindly to ensure fairness

    • Some athletes may receive full scholarships, while others may receive partial support. This is based on funding availability

  • No. To respect privacy and maintain a positive environment, scholarship amounts are handled discreetly and confidentially.

  • Summer camp costs $750 per week, and scholarships may cover full cost or partial cost (based on funding availability). Families will be informed directly about their specific award.

  • No. The MADE For All Foundation pays the gym directly after a scholarship is approved. Families do not handle any funds.

  • Applications are being fast-tracked, especially for summer camp. The foundation will do its best to communicate shortly after submission once reviews are completed.

  • Possibly. Scholarships are generally awarded week-by-week to allow more athletes access. Approval for multiple weeks depends on:

    • Camp Availability

    • Funding Availability

    • Current Demand

  • Approved families must:

    • Commit to attending at least 80% of sessions

    • Attend during their approved week(s)

    • Follow all gym rules and participation expectations

    Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in loss of the scholarship.

  • Parents will receive a welcome/expectations email that includes: confirmed camp dates, Attendance expectations, Program details. The athlete will then be added to the gym’s system at confirmation of payment by the foundation.

  • Right now, the focus is on summer camp (June 15 through September 4th 2026, 12 weeks, Monday–Friday). Scholarships for other training opportunities will be available later in the year.

  • There may be family discount options, but those are handled separately from this scholarship process and solely based on the gyms discretion. Families should still apply, and additional support options can be discussed if needed.
